The piece Digital Postcards is a mosaic of QR codes that provides access, through technology, to the complex and multisensory reality of seasonal agricultural workers from Latin America in Quebec, Canada. Through photographs, videos, audio, testimonies, personal memories and news, the work weaves links between them and their communities in their country of origin. The vegetable inks used are natural dyes created from fruits and vegetables grown by workers in the fields of Quebec, mixed as well with soil collected in various fields in Mexico.

Digital Postcards is inspired by the evolution of the means of communication historically used by migrants: telegrams, letters, postcards, telephone calls and video calls. It recreates an allegory of the cross-pollination of experiences and knowledge that travel from the South to bear fruit in the North.
